An incubator is designed to offer low cost start-up space and services to new businesses. It is a somewhat sheltered environment with access to equipment and advice, available for a limited period of time (usually three years) to entrepreneurs as they start new ventures. Albion EDC offers a mixed use facility of 20,000 square feet. |
